About the Office Support team
Our Office Support team is the backbone that keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. They’re the behind-the-scenes heroes who make it all happen, making the firm unstoppable!
As a Receptionist some of your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls efficiently
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings as well as coordinating rooms and resources as necessary
- Handling administrative tasks such as receiving deliveries, sorting mail, and maintaining office supplies
- Providing support to various teams with ad-hoc tasks, ensuring smooth office operations

- UAE National with a family book
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree holders will also be considered
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is advantageous, but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
